Below is a bit about my background in real estate. I look forward to connecting and please do feel free to reach out with any questions or share my contact information, it’s never a bother.

I started my career as a full-time Washington State Realtor® in 2015, after many years in the restaurant industry. It was time for a change but I did always enjoy taking care of people and providing them with a wonderful experience. It also started by meeting a girl (of course!) in Brazil back in 2011 (now my beautiful wife, Jaqueline). She spoke about her city’s real estate market at the time (Maringa, PR, Brazil). Fast-forwarding a bit, I had sent every penny that I made during the last two years to Brazil, sold my car, and bought an empty lot of dirt (2013/2014). Jaqueline was the one who found the lot and got it under contract, so the credit’s actually all hers :)

While making our way through that adventure, we both poured in HOURS of blood (…nail through the foot!), sweat, tears, worries, and excitement. Shadeless 16-hour days in the hot sun weren’t ideal but it was worth it. It was the riskiest, hardest thing I ever did, but there was so much love that went into every piece of it: color schemes, materials we used to ensure it’d be good quality, placement of windows, fixtures… everything. At that point in my life, real estate became my path, whether I was ready for the rollercoaster or not. The draw was both the grind and the love that it demanded.

Coming out of high school my dad had mentioned a few times to consider becoming a Realtor. I never liked the idea of a “sales job” and gave that no second thoughts until after my experience overseas. I decided to give it a go and was originally going to use this career as a stepping stone to get into building homes back in Washington State. As I began to learn the ins and outs of the industry, I quickly noticed it was nothing like the public thinks it is, and nothing like I imagined either. HGTV couldn’t be farther from reality haha.

I started off on a real estate team but branched off and have been solo since about 9 months into it (also at Keller Williams Greater Seattle). Over the years the hours have been incredibly long but I’ve been fortunate to meet amazing clients and have grown into a small business that’s based 100% on word-of-mouth referrals. I don’t market much at all, I don’t pay for leads, and I thank everyone who has shared their experiences and made the effort to connect me with those around them. Without the help of clients, I’d literally be out of business and officially unemployed.

I love educating and guiding my clients through their unique process while selling and buying and appreciate your trust and introductions. Please see the other sections to better understand how I tend to operate and how I can help with buying or selling.

Thanks for your time while reading.
